  • SHIPPING POLICY

    ROI Naturals offers free shipping for orders $75+ within the contiguous United States. No promo code necessary.

    We currently offer shipping of online purchases to the U.S. and United States territories (American Samoa, Armed Forces of Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands). The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the country's border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you).

    Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders with standard shipping. Orders placed with an expedited shipping (two-day) option are processed within two business days. Please expect an email within 3 business days letting you know your order is on the way!

    *Please note that we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day, including holidays. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

  • RETURN POLICY

    Because of the nature of our products, exchanges and/or returns are currently not accepted. In the event that you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of reception of your parcel and we will assist you with a solution.

  • DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    When your ROI Naturals order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. Please anticipate natural wear on your outer package. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at skinbyroi@gmail.com. Simply provide your order number, a photo and/or video, description of the damage or defect, your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. We will provide you with return instructions at our expense. If, after examining the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund for the price you paid to the original method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, replacement items for damaged or defective products can be shipped to you free of charge.

  • ORDER TRACKING

    When placing an order with ROI Naturals, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you have questions about your order please email skin@thisisroi.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
